We are now looking for a proactive IT Recruiter to join our team
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates- Work with technical and non-technical roles across different seniority levels- Build effective sourcing strategies and identify the best channels to find strong candidates- Proactively search and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and other sourcing platforms- Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and shape candidate profiles- Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates’ experience, motivation, and soft skills- Write and improve job descriptions to better attract relevant candidates- Use AI tools and automation to speed up sourcing, candidate communication, and recruitment workflows- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights on hiring pipeline performance- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience, suggesting and implementing practical improvements
