Fulcrum is looking for a Sales Development Representative (Inbound) to join our project!

Project: Healthcare (Femtech, Digital Clinics, EHRs) Vertical development within sales department.

Main responsibilities:

— Respond to and qualify incoming lead inquiries from marketing channels (website form, email, Dribbble, Behance) through the personalized communication;
— Accurately manage of leads and their progression through stages in Hubspot CRM;
— Manage the successful processing of  lead  follow up. Develop own follow-up sequences (either based on provided strategies or from scratch) tailored to different ICPs, buyer personas and service inquiries;
— Manage ongoing lead nurturing (=growing) in a collaboration with a Marketing Manager;
— Set up calls for a Sales Manager once leads qualify as MQLs and conduct lead handoff;
— Accurately track sales activities conversion within CRM and provide updates on lead pipeline progress.
— Maintain a deep understanding of Fulcrum's services to effectively communicate value propositions to leads from the first touch to follow ups.
